Terms of Service

By using PricePerch you agree to these terms.

• The service. We check the public product pages you submit and email you about changes. We can't guarantee that every store can be read, that checks happen at an exact time, or that the prices we report are accurate. Always confirm the price on the store's site before you buy.
• Acceptable use. Only submit public product pages. Don't abuse the service, submit other people's email addresses, or use PricePerch to overload websites.
• Plans. The Free plan has limits on items and on how often we check. Plus is billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and you can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the current period.
• No warranty. The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for missed deals, indirect losses, or damages above the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
• Changes. We may update these terms or the service and will post the changes here.
